Hot tub and spa repair is what I get called for most. I diagnose the actual failure instead of guessing at parts: heater elements, circulation and jet pumps, leaking unions and fittings, topside control panels, circuit boards, sensors, and covers. You get the price before I start, and most repairs finish in one visit.
General Repairs
Every home has a list. I handle door adjustments, drywall repair, furniture assembly, blinds and curtain hanging, basic appliance repair within handyman scope, moving help, and other focused jobs with care.
Painting
A fresh coat of paint transforms a space. But bad paint jobs show every flaw. I take the time to prep properly, tape carefully, and apply even coats that last. Your walls deserve better than roller marks and drips.
Light Plumbing & Fixtures
I handle light, fixture-level work on toilets, faucets, exposed fixture components, fixture replacement, and recaulking. I do not perform in-wall plumbing; in-wall or permit-required work should go to a licensed plumber.
Light Electrical & Fixtures
I handle light, fixture-level work such as replacing existing outlets, switches, light fixtures, and ceiling fans where the existing setup is appropriate, plus chandelier hanging and assembly. I do not add wiring or work on panels or in-wall electrical; in-wall or permit-required work should go to a licensed electrician.
Exterior Work
Your home's exterior takes a beating from the elements. I help keep it protected with gutter maintenance, siding repairs, fence fixes, and deck restoration. Regular maintenance now prevents expensive repairs later.
Carpentry
With 5+ years of hands-on experience, I take on shelving, closet systems, finish carpentry, and non-structural wood repairs with careful measurements and clean workmanship.
